Personal data:
Personal data is information about your identity, e.g. details such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. You do not need to disclose personal data in order to use our website. We do not actively collect personal information that is considered sensitive personal information. If you make use of our services, as a rule only such data is collected that we require to provide the services. The processing of personal data takes place exclusively for the performance of the requested service(s). We will collect, process and use the personal data provided by you only for the purposes communicated by you. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. Any collection of personal data and the transfer of such data to government institutions and authorities entitled to obtain such information is carried out only to the extent required by law, or if we are obliged to do so by virtue of a court order or court ruling. Our employees and the service providers commissioned by us are obliged by us to maintain confidentiality and to comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Federal Data Protection Act.
Commissioned data processing:
In general, we act responsibly regarding the processing of your information. Within the context of certain events or services, service providers are commissioned for the provision of information-related processing services. These are bound by a data protection-compliant data-processing agreement.
Data:
For organizational and technical reasons, the following data is recorded when you use our internet pages: the names of the pages accessed, the browser and operating system used, date and time of access, search engines used, names of downloaded files and your IP address. We evaluate this technical data anonymously and only for statistical purposes in order to constantly optimize our internet presence. This anonymous data is stored separately from personal information on secured systems and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about an individual person.
Cookies:
Of course, you can access our website without cookies. This website does not use cookies. No personal data of users will be recorded. If you do not want us to recognize your computer, you can prevent cookies from being stored on your hard drive by selecting "Do not accept cookies" in your browser settings. Children and adolescents:
Persons under the age of 18 should not submit any personal data to us without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Security:
We have taken technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorized access. Our team and all third parties involved in data processing are committed to data secrecy and compliance with the applicable data-privacy guidelines. In order to prevent misuse of the data by third parties, our security measures are continuously revised in line with technological developments.
Hosting:
The hosting services we use provide the following: infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space and database services, security services, and technical maintenance services which we use for the purpose of operating this online offer. Here we, or our hosting provider, process master data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta and communication data of customers, interested parties and visitors to this online offer on the basis of our legitimate interests in the efficient and secure provision of this online offer in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR in conjunction with Art. 28 GDPR (conclusion of a data processing agreement).
Collection of access data and log files:
We, or our hosting provider, record data regarding each access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files) on the basis of our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. GDPR. The access data includes the name of the web page accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider. Log file information is stored for security reasons (e.g., for the clarification of abuse or fraud) for a maximum of 7 days and deleted afterwards. Data, the storage of which is necessary for evidence purposes, is excluded from deletion until the respective incident has been finally clarified.

We do not use Google Analytics.

Changes to our privacy policy:
We amend our security and data privacy measures when this becomes necessary due to technical developments. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, or any amended version of this privacy policy, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of our website.
When contacting us (e.g. via a contact form, e-mail, telephone or social media), the user's details will be processed for the purpose of responding to the enquiry and processing it in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. The user data may be stored in a customer relationship management system (CRM system) or a comparable system to organize enquiries. We will delete the enquiries if they are no longer required. We regularly review the necessity of retaining stored data; the statutory archiving obligations also apply.
